Basement Remodel 2007

When I purchased the house I was excited with the fact that it had a bar, however the bar in its original configuration was useless. My buddies and I took some measurements and decided the basement would be better without the dividing wall. We tried to salvage the old bar but encountered 3 nails that were so entrenched in the concrete that we could not remove the bar from the cement. Once the bar was removed we tried to pull the nails and on the first one broke the floor and it sent me flying backwards.

Below are the pics of the progress. It is going to take a lot of work but it will be worth it in the end.
